Kris Parker, MS, LMHC, Counselor in Port Saint Lucie
Feelings of depression and anxiety can be overwhelming and even quite painful. It is not always possible to "just shake it off". My clients are every day people who find themselves indulging "what if" questions all night when all they really want to do is get a good night of sleep. I have dedicated my career to helping people overcome challenges. I take great caring and respect of individuality to tailor my therapeutic approach for each person's highly individualized needs. Philosopher, Aristotle, once said: "Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom...and inner peace".
While each persons situation is unique, common reasons for depression or anxiety arise from relationship troubles, loss of a loved one, unresolved childhood issues, grief, and work related stress. Therapy is a tremendous asset to managing personal growth, interpersonal relationships, family concerns, marriage issues, and the hassles of daily life.
Therapy is provided in a very relaxed, private, peaceful and serene environment. Kris Parker a& Associates adds additional confidentiality protection by using state of the art sound masking technology.
