I've had the pleasure of working in this field for over 20 years. My diverse experience includes work with adults, families, adolescents and children. I have specific training in various family therapy models and cognitive behavior. My experience consists of trauma work, childhood disorders and mood disorders such as anxiety, depression and bipolar.
My approach is holistic and ecclectic. Individual attention is given to your emotional, physical and spiritual needs. I will provide a safe haven so you can deal with and overcome trauma as well as life crises/transitions.
