My specialties are in treating depression, anxiety, stress, abuse and trauma and in assisting with life transitions such as divorce and loss, interpersonal communication, parenting issues, and relationship concerns.
The core of my practice is an integrative approach that embraces the connection between the mind, body and spirit. This approach uses evidence-based treatment methods, such as cognitive behavioral, EMDR, mindfulness and solution focused therapy. I will adapt these methods to fit your unique needs and work with you within your particular situation.
