I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient and community crisis outreach. It is my passion to help individuals break down the barriers that are preventing them from experiencing a happier and more fulfilling life. It is my heartfelt belief that whatever challenges you may be facing, there is always light at the end of the tunnel- you can discover your true potential and life's path.
I am specialized in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, Coping Skills, Stress Management/Relaxation Strategies, and Life Coaching. I regularly attend training's to continue learning new skills and methods to treatment. Kristen incorporates alternative methods of treatment such as Reiki, and Meditation when requested.
