Whether you have been dealing with an issue for years or if it is something that has recently surfaced, counseling can be beneficial in addressing the problem. Counseling provides a non-judgmental environment with encouragement to explore the source of the presenting problem and work towards a greater well-being. I enjoy working with adolescent teens through middle-aged individuals and couples on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship issues, mood disorders, coping skills, and self-esteem.

In working with clients I use a collaborative and integrative approach that I feel maximizes the benefits of counseling. This approach may include elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, family systems or solution-focused brief therapy.

In addition to obtaining my Master's degree in Counseling, I have experience working with teenagers and adults as a coach and a mentor both individually and in a small group setting.

Available at all locations!Times/dates vary depending on need and location. GRASP is our all inclusive adolescent intensive outpatient program. This programs include groups such as; DBT, Trauma, Substance Abuse, and Creative/Expressive Arts. These programs entail 3 days of group therapy and also individual counseling. Our goal for your adolescent is to have a program that encompasses all their needs to be the best they can be. This program accepts most major insurance and is eligible for our sliding fee scale.
