Choosing the right therapist is important. I have twenty-four years experience providing counseling, therapy, and group process in multiple settings. I provide respectful, compassionate, and nonjudgmental psychotherapy where engaging in authentic dialogue can lead to lasting change. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, or stressed, I believe you can change your life and become whole and happy. I provide Jungian therapy to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, trauma, and relationship concerns. Inner work can be transformational allowing one to release old ways of being.
Jungian therapy assists you in examining unexplored aspects of yourself in an effort toward wholeness so that you can increase your choices, discover your true nature, and bring peace into your life. I provide EMDR treatment for trauma healing and Ketamine Assisted Therapy and Psychedelic Integration for depression, anxiety, trauma, and personal growth.
