As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 27 years, I am able to work with a myriad of issues that couples, individuals and families present. My approach to counseling has become a combination of many different types of therapies. My clients and I maintain an interactive relationship that includes insight therapy, cognitive behavioral treatment, and directive techniques. Improving the ability to communicate effectively with your partner, family and friends and reduction of stress in your life is the primary focus of your work with me. This approach has proven to be life changing for most of my clients.
One of the problems many people have experienced with therapy is lack of results. One of the tenets of my practice is to not waste people's time. We work on making things better today and in the future.
