Julie Waters, MA, LMFT, Marriage & Family Therapist in Santa Rosa
I work primarily with adult individuals, parents, and teens. My therapeutic approach is transparent and collaborative. This makes it easy for my clients to relax and feel supported while looking at sources of duress and in finding creative solutions to overcome barriers to wellbeing. I am genuine, compassionate, and able to sit with difficult emotions, while holding a sense of humor about our fallible human nature.
Deciding to seek help through therapy is a step towards your personal freedom. It's empowering, though it can feel intimidating or overwhelming for some. Feeling comfortable with your therapist is important, please see my website to learn more information about me and and how I work.
I hold a very small practice currently as I am runinng SOS Community Counseling. Feel free to call or email to ask me questions or set an appointment. If I am full at the time we talk, I can refer to you one of my colleagues at SOS.
