I offer individual psychotherapy for adults. I use a wide variety of therapeutic modalities to support your life's journey. I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, and Texas. I am a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IYAT), a Healing Touch Practitioner, and a Certified Meditation Teacher.
I have training and experience in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Experiencing (SE Advanced III).
Our sessions are based on your needs and level of awareness using acceptance change strategies, self-exploration and discovery to support you as you redesign your life. I live and work in Fountain Hills, Arizona but currently only offer online sessions. I look forward to meeting with you.
