Caroline Lowry Hall, MA, LPC, Licensed Professional Counselor in Grand Rapids
It is my goal to help you create change in your life and develop new understanding as you face life's challenges. Together we will maximize your ability to achieve personal fulfillment, explore the enormous capacity within you, and reach a healthy state of balance and well-being. I enjoy working with a diverse clientele. Most individuals I see are dealing with anxiety related disorders, relationship issues, grief and loss, or simply adjusting to a life transition. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you and discuss your needs and expectations.
Regardless of your age, your unique challenge is an opportunity for growth and transformation. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities to bring about self-awareness and discover the connections between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
As an experienced teacher, private tutor and certified school counselor I see students (from elementary to grad school) suffer from academic stress, bullying, difficulty with peer relationships or being overwhelmed; this can cause anxiety, depression, frustration and isolation. I can help you develop coping strategies, bolster your self-esteem and discover positive solutions.
