Sarah Gregory, MA, LMHCA, Counselor in Portland
I have been working with a variety of clients from all walks of life, and fully believe that healing and growth are possible in each person's journey. I have experience working with those struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, to name a few. I utilize an integrated, holistic approach and believe that in doing so, we are able to incorporate the whole person, rather than treating a symptom. I love working with couples, both in pre-marital counseling as well as within the marital relationship.
I am passionate about bringing healing through communication, and have found this passion to be fulfilled through my work with both couples as well as individual counseling. I am a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator, and offer a five-week package for pre-marital counseling.
