Life is full of constant struggles and challenges that are impacted by our life experiences and current situations. My goal as a therapist is to work with you to process those experiences as well as to identify coping skills to help you achieve happiness. I work with a variety of populations and specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My main area of focus is transitioning away from negative thought patterns leaving us feeling stuck. I have completed specialized trainings for EMDR, Prolonged Exposure Therapy and DBT. Evening appointments are available to accommodate work schedules.

My approach is eclectic and I am well versed in a variety of techniques to utilize an approach that fits your comfort level. I strive to create a supportive environment to develop insight into negative cognitions and behaviors to overcome barriers and work towards resolving problems.

Due to multiple issues I am no longer submitting claims for insurance. I am in network with listed insurances to obtain reimbursement. Current global issues are adding extra challenges to all our lives. I primarily offer telephonic services to continue to provide services and alleviate some of the challenges to receiving support during these difficult times.
