I use cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and psychotherapy integration to help various issues, including anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, and life adjustments. I also provide comprehensive psychological/ neuropsychological testing to help with diagnosis and treatment recommendations for mental health, learning, and neurodevelopmental/neurocognitive concerns.
