I have a very integrative practice, using EMDR with Mindful Awareness in the treatment of trauma. Whether you suffer with symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, or poor self esteem, the EMDR process will help you to go beyond alleviating symptoms and help you to find a greater sense of purpose and satisfaction in the direction of your life. As part of an integrative wellness center, I teach meditation as well as provide psychotherapy. As consciousness evolves and healing occurs, I will help you see how the crisis becomes a doorway for growth beyond what you could have imagined.
I have a doctorate degree in Transpersonal Psychology. My work and research on mindful resonance in the healing of trauma has been published. I am a certified EMDR therapist, presenter, and teacher for the organization. My integrative approach to healing trauma is very effective in going beyond symptom relief, and towards awakening an authentic self.
I integrate western psychology with ancient wisdom tools and techniques. In additional to traditional western training I have studied for many years with Native American healers in Peru. I have over 30 years of experience integrating both paths of healing in psychotherapy and in meditation classes.
