Counsel Me Vancouver, MEd, RCC, Counselor in Vancouver
My professional goal is to help people sort through their personal issues by developing a greater understanding and awareness so that they can create change in their lives. I work with clients to help them develop healthier coping strategies and a greater sense of control over their lives. Through counselling, you'll learn strategies that will enable you to overcome your internal battles and lead a happier more settled life.
Relationship and couple's work are my specialty. I help people understand their relationships to improve communication, connection, and overall happiness. Through assessment, we can pinpoint strengths within the relationship and areas for improvement. Techniques are taught and practiced in session so clients can then implement these in their relationships.
I am genuine and non-biased in my approach. I want clients to feel safe and comfortable in exploring thoughts and beliefs because this allows a fuller understanding of the issues and their solutions. It also provides clients with the resources to make decisions that are best for them.
