Much of the focus of the work that I do with my clients is around developing greater self-awareness and self-compassion. I work best with clients who value focusing on their own process as a way of learning and growth, clients who wish to understand themselves as the basis for making constructive choices that lead to positive change.
Although at times the work that my clients and I do together can be difficult, I also find that engaging in the process of therapy can be inspiring and transforming. It is wonderful to see how the changes my clients make in therapy lead to positive changes in their lives.
