I’ve been working with individuals and couples providing empathic, honest, and strategic therapeutic services. My specialties are relationship issues, grief, loss, and anxiety issues. I enjoy working with clients who are transitioning to something new. My goal is to help clients process the transition and successfully move forward.

If you are experiencing distress related to climate change, join my group for people with anxiety and grief related to our changing planet. In the group we will learn skills for managing with climate emotions and practice naming our emotions. Thursdays at 4-5 pm weekly (January 11-February 28th).
