The process involves identifying goals and addressing the factors that might be interfering in achieving a satisfied personal, academic or professional growth and success.

I will incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM) in working with individuals who have experienced various types of trauma.
