With this approach I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for us to collaboratively work towards meaningful change. The goal of therapy is to aid adolescents, individual adults, families and relationships in creating the lives they want. I believe clients are the experts in their lives and my role is to facilitate insight, personal fulfillment and successful relationships.
I utilize evidence based therapeutic techniques and interventions with clients to promote change and growth. My focus in practice has been helping individuals in monogamous and poly/open relationships, LGBT+ communities, and kink communities.
