Throughout my experience I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, residential programs, in-home therapy, and private practice. This has provided me with invaluable training in areas including self-esteem, relationships, anxiety, depression, bereavement, oncology, and sexuality.
In addition to traditional therapy I prefer to take a holistic approach. Your emotional, physical, and mental health are all related. For your comfort, convenience, and privacy sessions can be held in my office or at your home or office. I intentionally keep a small caseload and can offer same or next day appointments.
