I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working with adults, adolescents, and children in northern Michigan for more than 30 years. I believe it's possible to redefine one's potential by understanding each person's unique strengths and limitations, and incorporating these into attainable goals. My focus is to help clients of all ages cope with challenging issues such as divorce, abuse, trauma, depression, self-image, grief and anxiety. I have specialized training in EMDR, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and am a Registered Play Therapist.
People often feel as though they should handle everything on their own. Experiencing repeated challenges can be extraordinarily painful, even overwhelming, and doesn't necessarily get better on its own. It makes sense to seek the guidance and support of someone who is qualified and can help.
My office hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your personal goals!
