I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and have been providing out-patient mental health services in Northern Virginia since September 2008. I strive to create a supportive environment for individuals, couples, and families in order to facilitate insightful awareness and help individuals recognize patterns in their thoughts, feelings, behaviors. I take an integrated approach to psychotherapy, blending a rational-solution focused approach with supportive based techniques with the goal of helping people improve their quality of life by building upon their natural strengths.
As an adjunct to traditional psychotherapy, I also offer biofeedback training to those who are interested in gaining more control over their physiological responses to stress and anxiety in order to improve general health and wellness.
