I have been providing therapy for over 20 years to individuals, couples and families. I will work with you to help you find a path to improving your quality of life, improving your relationships, and enhancing your self-esteem and well-being.
I specialize in working with couples; adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders; and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, bullying, sexual identity and famliy issues.
