As a therapist, my goal is for each person I meet to feel accepted and valued. My counseling style is warm, engaging and supportive. My approach is positive and draws on my client's strengths and resources. My counseling is a blend of insight oriented therapy and practical interventions and is informed by psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based theories. I support a holistic model of health and can coordinate care with other wellness providers as desired.
I offer supportive, growth-oriented counseling for women for a wide range of issues. I also have a specialty practice focused on providing care to women and their families during pregnancy and postpartum, for fertility concerns and grief from perinatal loss.
