I have had the pleasure of working as a therapist since 2001 and have been helpful to people struggling with a variety of difficulties. My clients generally describe me as kind, gentle, calm, and humorous. I practice primarily from a cognitive-behavioral perspective, but also incorporate other models to augment cognitive therapy.
I enjoy working with people with anxiety disorders (Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Phobia, Agoraphobia, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Specific Phobias) as well as depression, and have clients who have been successful with each of them. I am a member of the International Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Foundation (IOCDF).
I provide services via the internet for people who reside anywhere in Kansas or Missouri. If you are struggling with Anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, one or more phobias, or depression, please seek help from someone. Life is too short to continue to suffer when there is help available.
