I am a seasoned therapist working with individuals, couples and groups. I have experience working in mental health settings, private clinical practice, and working with employees of corporations and firms. My training is integrative and includes interpersonal therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma methods like EMDR. I am also an expert in dealing with loss.
I believe every individual is able to learn and grow from their challenges. I would like to help you focus on your needs, and learn with you what is getting in the way. I will assist you in creating new relationships, improving existing relationships, help you end unsatisfying ones or work through a painful loss.
