Zsuzsa (Susan) Grandpierre, MA(Ed), RP, CCC, Registered Psychotherapist in Ottawa
I am psychotherapists, Life & ADHD coach, and mindfulness instructor who previously held positions at Algonquin College and Carleton University. My therapeutic expertise includes the treatment of anxiety and mood (depression) disorders, ADHD, burnout, intrusive thoughts, as well as distress related to parenting, work, chronic pain or menopause. Whatever is the cause of your difficult emotions and/or life circumstances, these can often rob you of joy, leave you worried, fatigued, discouraged, or even hopeless. If this is your (or someone you care about) experience, know it is possible to heal and enjoy your life again.
Research indicates that the most beneficial part of therapy is the meaningful relationship that develops between clients & therapists. If you choose to work with me you can expect: a nonjudgmental & compassionate approach, a safe environment to explore your problems, empathetic listening, and expert use of evidence based interventions to help you develop effective coping strategies.
In my unique therapeutic approach, I combine psychotherapeutic interventions (CBT & ACT), coaching strategies and mindfulness training to meet the individual needs of my clients. I would be pleased to help you reclaim your wellbeing! Morning, evening and some skype/phone appointments. Insurance receipts are available. MAKE YOURSELF THE PRIORITY TODAY - LET'S GET STARTED!
