I have great success in helping people manage anxiety, build self-esteem, and become more skilled at understanding and handling negative emotions (including sadness, fear, insecurity, loneliness, and anger).
I employ an integrative style of psychotherapy, utilizing psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, interpersonal and mindfulness techniques to provide individualized treatment to each client. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy that takes into consideration the many interrelated parts of the human being (biological, emotional, cognitive, relational, cultural, and spiritual).
