We begin by exploring thoughts and feelings to uncover patterns of thinking and acting and better understand where they came from. This enables you to begin to accept or change them and to heal from any pain they have caused.
We will work together to accomplish the goals you set for yourself. It may take time to reach those goals, as many of our patterns of thinking and feeling have developed over our lifetimes, but with diligence and patience you will begin to harness the change you wish to see.
