The client I work with are frequently navigating the challenges endemic to modern life: anxiety/panic, low self-esteem/self-doubt, codependency, compulsive behavior, grief/loss, and trauma. These obstacles can be the jumping off point for profound change.
My approach is down-to-earth, embodied, collaborative, and flexible. Therapy truly is different for every client and I enjoy the creativity of partnering with clients to generate a process totally unique to them. I work primarily from psychodynamic, trauma-informed and somatic perspectives.
