Is your child experiencing anxiety or depression? Are they having symptoms of worry and ruminating thoughts, irritable, sad, crying, heart racing, tight chest, fidgeting, challenges with friends, sweaty palms, low self-esteem, and having trouble falling asleep or not sleeping through the night? By providing a safe space, someone who truly listens, meeting them where they are, skills to identify feelings, growth mindset strategies to change thoughts, and mindfulness exercises.
I offer play therapy, sand tray play, and expressive arts in a warm and peaceful environment for children. I want to also include that working with children also means supporting parents with Meditation groups & Meditation-Art group so that parents do can do their work too! We want to get the stress/anxiety out of the way and ENJOY our children!
I also provide psycho-spiritual Coaching for adults who experience anxiety or depression and are looking for a more holistic approach with a spiritually based component. If you find that you have tried medication and therapy or want to add to what you are doing now to enhance your healing work you may want to try coaching.
