I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in Clinical Hypnosis, treating individuals, couples, & families with traditional cognitive psychotherapy methods to help my clients make changes very quickly, treating addictions such as smoking, alcohol & other drug dependencies. I treat anxiety & panic attacks, eating issues for weight loss, sleep problems, depression, & chronic pain. With hypnosis my clients develop confidence, self-esteem, improve study skills & memory. They begin exercising, control their anger & improve their motivation. I treat phobias & fears, as well as helping clients to diminish negative thinking & increase positive thinking. It's the pleasant way to change.
I am certified by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis & am currently the President of the Florida Society of Clinical Hypnosis. I have been using hypnosis in my practice for over 30 years. I also teach my clients self-hypnosis for their use at home. Hypnosis is truly wonderful.
I am certified as a meditation instructor, teaching individuals & groups, incorporating meditation training into the sessions as needed. I am a psychotherapist with the additional skills of hypnosis & meditation as well as traditional methods, thereby enabling me to help more people more effectively.
