It takes courage and heart to take that first step towards wholeness and health. You can get past your past. Clients seek therapy for many reasons. It may be for grief and loss issues, trauma, PTSD, family problems or for anxiety and depressive symptoms. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) which is an evidenced based therapy. I have 13 years of experience using EMDR therapy with clients. EMDR therapy is especially beneficial for treating post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and for other unresolved issues. I am certified in EMDR which requires taking advanced workshops every two years in order to maintain certification. I am also an EMDR consultant. NOTE: I do not accept Medicare. (SORRY, NO COUPLES THERAPY)
I provide therapy in a safe and nurturing office space. Our therapeutic relationship is based on trust, attunement and good communication.
