We specialize in short term, solution focused therapy because we know you want to feel better fast. Our cognitive-behavioral techniques emphasize the link between thoughts and behavior. Marital and family relationships improve when communication skills are clear and direct. We can help you learn new skills to improve all your relationships. Our therapists are skilled in dealing with a variety of problems: communication, healing from abuse, parenting stress, marital difficulties, mood and behavior issues, child and adolescent therapy, family and individual therapy, and addiction treatment.
Our staff consists of male and female therapists, civilians and veterans. Each of our therapists has extensive experience in marital, individual, child/adolescent, and family therapy. We have day and evening appointments and offer a Spanish translator, if needed. Several other services are available on a private pay basis, including letters to certify emotional support animals to live and travel with you, childcare on site during your therapy session, and tele-therapy via video or phone can also be arranged. Referrals to local psychiatrists are available as well for medication evaluation.
