My hope is to help you learn about YOU and what makes life fulfilling to you and then how to go for it! Therapy can help you change course when you keep making choices that don't make you happy. I help my clients learn to understand how their personal history and relationship patterns affect their decisions and overall wellness. Whether it's just to have someone truly listen or if it's to learn some specific skills to make different choices in life, I will provide a safe space for you to grow and heal.
I specialize in working with adults age 18+ who are dealing with difficult life transitions. I help clients to develop healthy boundaries in relationships, achieve balance & wellness with anxiety and depression, improve self esteem, and develop healthy coping skills and wellness. I invite people of all stages of life to join me in therapy.
