An intro to life coaching workshop for women who are seeking clarity, focus and alignment to create balance (mind, body, spirit) in their lives. Use life coaching tools designed to address different life domains (career, finances, health, family, relationships, recreation). Set goals in these domains for achieving change. Learn powerful affirmations, how to work with them. Design and create your own affirmation (based on your written goals) using provided craft materials. Learn about essential oils. Learn the basics of a few simple chair yoga stretch for relaxation, breath work and period of quiet reflection.
