Judy Cavazos-Beal, LAMFT, LADC, Marriage & Family Therapist in Bloomington
Sometimes you may find yourself experiencing conflicting emotions or in complex relationships. Therapy helps you find clarity and return to emotional wellness. I include family members in session when helpful and I explore with you ways to achieve enriching emotional and interpersonal experiences. I'm originally from Mexico and moved to MN in 1997, which allows me to provide therapy fluently in Spanish and/or English along with a personal understanding of Latino culture, American culture and multicultural relationships. Discovering and building upon the strength of individuals and families is the basis for my therapeutic philosophy and your ongoing wellness.
Soy de México, lo que me dá la habilidad de dar consejería en Español o en Inglés con un entendimiento de la cultura Latina. Debido a mi entrenamiento en dinámicas familiares, incluyo a miembros de la familia en las sesiones cuando es de beneficio.
I am also a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. I see clients in my office at Catalyst Mental Health. More information about myself and Catalyst Mental Health can be found by clicking on the "website" link at the top of this page. My confidential voicemail is extension 706.
