"Life can hand us difficult times and challenging situations. A counselor can help you reduce stress, anger and depressive thoughts as well as help you develop coping strategies that will serve you well the rest of your life."
My clients typically include those who have been challenged by stress, anxiety, frustration or anger from personal, work or relationship situations. In our work together, I can help you to see your situation more clearly and assist you in getting your life back to where you want it.
Most people leave counseling with improved coping strategies, a better understanding of themselves, new communication skills, enhanced self-esteem and an improved zest for life.
