If you feel stuck in your life, therapy can help you break free of frustrating cycles. It's an opportunity for change and my goal is to help you live the life you want by identifying and working through obstacles that stand in the way of reaching your goals. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship and job stress. I am a bilingual therapist who also speaks Hebrew.
I use mindfulness to help decrease anxiety, alleviate depression, increase motivation and improve self-esteem. I help clarify relationship issues, process trauma and guide you during life transitions. I specialize in working with immigrant clients struggling to assimilate into American culture while honoring traditional and cultural family expectations.
I am a warm, supportive, interactive therapist who works collaboratively to fit your individual needs. Setting up an initial consultation with me will help you know if I am the right therapist for you.
