Paige Zuckerman, MEd, CMHC, Counselor in Salt Lake City
When was the last time you felt you could bring your whole self into your own life? How would it feel to be certain of your own resilience? As your counselor, I will work with you to explore the ways in which you can become the expert on your own wellness! I work from several evidence-based therapy models with adult individuals, couples & groups. I am experienced in areas of sexual assault, health issues & crisis mental health counseling.
I specialize in trauma-informed, survivor-centered methods. I have special experience with individuals managing anxiety, mood concerns, values and goals, role conflicts, social & gender issues, major life adjustments, grief, body and identity issues, chronic health concerns, disabilities and past or current medical trauma. I am experienced in couples therapy including LGBTQ-affirmative models.
I am also available for brief, solution-focused sessions, career counseling, workshops and group educational experiences. Learn more about on my website. I look forward to connecting with you!

More about this group

Embodied Strength

Embodied Strength is a group for individuals who identify with a chronic health concern, pain issues, medical trauma or other self-identified disability. The group is a collaborative counseling & support format with co-facilitators from mental health counseling & social work. Safety, connection, community & space for the complexities of identity & ability are central goals of the group. Explorations of mind-body connection, stress & coping management, mindfulness, interpersonal resolutions & analysis of social systems that support or dishonor our lived experiences will have space in the group process. We begin 3x per year and extend for 8-10 meetings each cycle. Contact me for more information!
