Rebuilding at Bethel is a three part series for individuals who are experiencing the end of a committed relationship. It consists of Genesis; a weekly drop in program that is open 52 weeks of the year and is free. The second level is the Rebuilding:When Your Relationship Ends class. This 10 week class is based on the book by the same title and the ten week program is offered four times a year. The third part of the program is Movin' On and it is social networking group for graduates of the Rebuilding Class.

Women's or Men's Self-Esteem and Relationships

This ten week class is for adult women or men. The women's class is offered on Wednesday evenings and the men's class is offered on Monday evenings. The classes cover the basic concepts of healthy self-esteem and take a mindfulness approach to building and maintaining shared power in relationships at work, with family or with a partner. The cost is $330 and advanced registration is required. There is a mandatory book and study guide which is included in the fee. Each class is offered four times a year. Dating Dementia: Keeping Your Brain in the Dating Game is a 10 week class that focuses on identifying a healthier way to approach dating. The class is based on the book by the same title that has been authored by Margaret. This class covers the history of dating, brain chemistry changes that occur when a person falls in love, personal rights and responsibilities and how to set healthier boundaries, how ones family of origin issues can interfere with healthy mate selection, identifying the 20% of the population that you do not want to bring into your life and much more.
