Modalities can vary: from mindfulness-based to EMDR; self-talk to improving communication; expressive arts to family-of-origin issues; diet to exercise; body-centered to imaginal work; embracing those parts disowned to CBT/DBT; breath work to meditation. A keen interest in neuroscience also sheds light on how we process & heal from our difficult experiences.
A strong background in the arts also informs my work and I support your spiritual growth if that is an area of need. Actively and empathically listening to what challenges and issues you bring to our session directs me in finding the best approach at any given time--we work creatively together.
