My mission is to support the well-being of the whole person, thoughts, feelings, behavior, body and spirit. My practice is created out of the desire to provide the highest quality behavioral health care, which promotes wellness and prevention along with treatment.
I will work with you to own and direct your own life and support you in learning to live with passion, purpose and balance. Working with you to identify strengths, resources and successes, not just "fixing what is broken". Helping you live more fully in your relationships and your career.
