Welcome! My name is Sarah Burnett, and I created Balance Is The Key to nurture a holistic approach to mental health and wellness. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in trauma and transition therapy among teens, young adults and individuals, parent coaching and child therapy. I utilize various treatment modalities including NLP (neuro-linguistic programing), ART (accelerated resolution therapy), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), mindfulness and yoga to help you bring your personal life, relationships and professional world back into balance.
I feel passionate about helping adults and children clear the negative emotions and limiting self-beliefs associated with past painful experiences through various memory reconsolidation techniques.
