“Considering counseling?" I provide adult individual and couples' counseling. I work with a broad spectrum of client needs including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, communication issues and post-traumatic stress. I believe that every person is invested with strengths and abilities that make them unique. Various problems can compromise our ability to reach our full potential. Let's strengthen coping mechanisms to overcome pain, loss and stress that limit us from moving forward in life. Together we will create positive change.
We decide collaboratively on your individual approach and treatment plan. We release traumas held in the body, change old patterns and work to resolve relationship issues. In addition to traditional talk therapy, my holistic approach involves the use of cognitive, emotional, behavioral, educational and spiritual interventions.
Don't have insurance? Private pay is an option for all individuals. Please call to inquire about current rates. Most new patients will be seen within 24 to 48 hours. Evening appointments are available. Telehealth is available at anytime during the course of treatment.
