Are you noticing life patterns that cause stress or frustration? Are you puzzled by how you think and what you do? Sometimes these life patterns are created by a past event. Or perhaps you have an inner conflict you are not quite aware of. If you see the same old thing happening again and again despite your best efforts, it might be time to team up with someone to sort it all out. I am available to help you get unstuck.
I specialize in easing the effects of trauma and other stressful events so that life can be manageable and joyful. For example, I can help you understand how your mind works so that you can heal. Then, when you are ready, I can use coaching skills to help you get back on track. I am highly trained to listen for what you truly want for your life.
The first step to working together might be to reduce your distress so that you are clear-minded and grounded. Then we work on resolving the cause of your difficulties. Counseling is high quality in a relaxed setting. Note: To ensure quality services, I am private pay only. Check your deductible to see if working outside your insurance plan works for you.
