I am a seasoned therapist who delights in working with clients who are living with a variety of issues and challenges. My life experience plus my varied professional skills put me in a unique position to understand from a broad perspective what needs to be healed and how we can get down to the business of helping you get well. My goal is to help you heal your past so that you can be free to live in the present-- where happiness is waiting.
I specialize in working with individuals, families and couples, people who have experienced trauma and/or chronic illness, and people who would like to feel more connected to themselves, to others, and to a higher power. I am trained in Gestalt therapy, Family therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and several varieties of couples therapy.
I have a deep interest and years of experience with spirituality, mindfulness, and alternative medicine. My clients appreciate feeling challenged to change within a warm and supportive relationship. I offer a first session without charge so that we can meet and decide together about continuing to work together.
