Matthew J. Quinn, MHC, MBA, Licensed Professional Counselor in Washington
Finding the right therapist can be challenging. To relieve some of that stress, I offer a 15 minute free appointment so you can see what is being offered without the risk of a financial burden. I specialize in transforming your dissatisfaction of life into a life you enjoy and accept. Whether it is overcoming a low self-esteem, transitioning to high school or college, conquering behaviorial problems, addressing an addiction, changing unhealhty relationship patterns, or modifying career paths, you can and will thrive with the right life philosophy.
When it comes to the change we seek, self-awareness alone will not be enough. Learning how to take action along with self awareness is the key to producing lasting change.
Support groups are starting to form and can be a great way to connect when you are feeling disconnected. If you find that I am not offering a group you may be interested in, let me know. Looking forward to hearing from you.
