I often work from an experiential basis that will help you find those dark places of yourself that you are often afraid to go. I then help you shed light to the darkness and bring about healing in order for you to move forward with a better understanding of yourself.
I find that traditional "talk therapy" only scrapes the surface and many times treats the symptoms rather than addressing the problem. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Certified Trauma Therapist, I don't just "specialize" in trauma.
