I'm trained in EMDR, which can be utilized to treat various issues resulting from distressing life situations. The goal of EMDR therapy is to help you work through upsetting experiences, that are negatively impacting your life, to develop emotions, understanding, and perspectives that lead to healthy behaviors and interactions.
I believe that the client-counselor relationship is the most essential aspect of the therapeutic process. Therefore, I offer a free 30 minute in-person consultation for new clients to help you decide if I am a good fit for you. I look forward to hearing from you!
